Dear All
I have received complaints from residents of St. Andrew’s Street with regards to the temporary taxi rank which is currently in place there due to the road closure of Newgate Street. The residents are complaining about taxi drivers leaving their engines running whilst waiting in the queue on street. I would therefore be grateful if you could ask all drivers to have some courtesy for the residents in the area and switch all engines off whilst waiting for clients.
